The Best Portable Scanner
I am working at a bank and I bought this portable scanner about 2 months ago to use it for scanning documents at the office and sometimes outside when I am out with clients. So far, I find it helpful and very convenient.
At first, I was intimidated by how confusing its many features seemed to be. After unboxing the unit, I immediately tested it to see if it works well. I used a printed piece of document to test the scanner. I noticed that the device was designed to be user-friendly as it did not take me more than a few minutes to figure out its key controls. Its 900 DPI resolution works wonders and I am very satisfied with the quality of the scanned images.
When it comes to the physical hardware, it’s actually light and handy. I can even put it inside my shoulder bag. A few days ago I went to a client meeting and I used it to scan my client’s documents since I had to send it immediately to the office. It was then that I realized how convenient it is. My most favorite thing about it is that, it allows me to save a lot of my precious time and energy of having to carry all the documents with me and scan it when I get to the office. Now, I can do my work while on-the-go.
I also like how there are more than one ways to export the scanned images. I can use the SD card and I can also connect the device via USB. Another favorite feature is that, it has a PDF/JPEG button which instantly allows the changing of file type. It’s the first time I’ve seen this capability and I was really amazed.
Overall, I can say that this portable scanner is really recommendable especially for busy people like me who needs an efficient device to help them save time and energy from the tedious task of handling documents and other files.
